Mission Statement - Delmarva Community Services, Inc. is a multi-service, non-profit agency dedicated to helping all people in need who wish to maintain an independent lifestyle within their community on the Delmarva Peninsula.Delmarva Community Services, Inc. (DCS) is a community-based nonprofit organization supporting adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities, senior citizens, and the chronic poor. DCS also provides public transportation services for Dorchester and the surrounding counties in Maryland. DCS is a DDA provider agency that offers Meaningful Day, Residential, Employment, and Support services to DDA waiver funded individuals.
