Delmarva Works, A Division of DCS

Delmarva Works is a division of Delmarva Community Services, Inc. It is a meaningful day and employment service center that supports adults and transitioning youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It offers short-term employment services as a DORS Community Rehabilitation Partner and long-term employment services through DDA supported employment. Our meaningful day program is structured to provide a mix of community and facility based services. Delmarva Works staff promote the values of Life-Long Learning, Education, Volunteerism, Self-Advocacy, and Informed Choice when supporting individuals to have meanignful days.
