BAY COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES, INC. Southern MD

Bay Community Support Services (Bay-CSS) has been providing licensed residential, supported employment, and in-home supports to individuals with disabilities in Charles, Calvert, St. Mary’s, and Anne Arundel counties since 1987. Direct services initially began as a “service committee” under the wing of United Cerebral Palsy of MD. In 1991, we incorporated as a separate organization called United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Maryland (UCP of So. MD), before changing our name to Bay Community Support Services in 2011.
