Participants with developmental disabilities should have the same opportunities for gaining employment and retaining employment, living and engaging in their community as those without disabilities. EBED respects personal choice making for each so each one can be successful in these areas. We want to offer new work opportunities and flexibility to our existing participants as well as new participants, which focuses on developing the participant’s abilities for more independence, community living, socialization, and economic self-sufficiency.
