We offer Community Residential Services tailored to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services aim to support individuals in developing and sustaining essential life skills within a community residential environment. The focus areas include activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and socialization. PMCS provides coordination, training, support, or supervision as outlined in each participant's Person-Centered Plan.  The specific skills targeted for development or maintenance are determined based on each participant's personalized goals outlined in their person-centered plan.PMCS staff employ formal teaching methods, such as systematic instructions, to facilitate skill acquisition. Our services encompass a wide range of activities aimed at fostering independence and integration into the community.
