Chesapeake Developmental Support Services, Inc. (CDSS) is a licensed Maryland provider of community-based residential and day program services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We are committed to delivering person-centered, rights-based, and community-integrated supports that empower each individual to achieve their highest level of independence, self-determination, and quality of life. CDSS operates under the oversight of the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and complies with all applicable COMAR regulations governing Developmental Disabilities Services. Our services are funded through the DDA Community Waiver, ensuring access for individuals across all income levels and disability classifications throughout Maryland.
