BEST BUDDIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. - Maryland office

Driven by a person-centered approach, Best Buddies staff work one-to-one with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and provide employment services tailored to each person’s needs and desires to prepare for, secure, and maintain competitive integrated employment.  We help participants identify their career aspirations and work toward achieving them, guiding an individualized process of discovery, career exploration, job development, on-the-job training, and follow-along support.  Participants choose to work in corporate or government offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail stores, restaurants, and various employment fields and industries spanning interests, hours, and markets.  By working hard to ensure a job match benefitting both employee and employer, Best Buddies helps participants access fulfilling and long-lasting employment.
