Guided Way Consulting offers disability support broker consultant services  throughout the state of Maryland. Support services provide greater participant choices of countless goods, services, and supports through making use of various medicaid waiver programs. As your support broker I would assist participants and families in understanding their role and rights in self directed services.  Through my work as a Special Education Resource Teacher for the last 15 years,  developing Individualized Education Programs that are specifically curated to the needs of individuals. Through extensive experience as chairperson of IEP meetings as well as a case manager for disabled individuals, advocating for clients and their rights is our objective. Both roles have the charge of evaluating the needs of the client and their family and making them aware of various resources that can improve quality of life.
