Optimal Case Management Inc. supports people with developmental disabilities and their families. Our Information and Resource services provide connections and support for people seeking assistance in obtaining eligibility and services. Once you are found eligible for DDA services and have selected Optimal Case Management as your provider, you will be assigned a CCS to provide you with the support you need to create plans, goals, and dreams for your life. Regardless of your life circumstance, whether you need Transitioning Youth services, behavioral health connections, housing, or are struggling with a family situation…we will help. We are proud to serve all Counties in the State os Maryland and provide you supports through a team of Case Management professional in your local area.
