JPS HEALTH SERVICES IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING THE RIGHT CARE, AT THE RIGHT TIME, IN THE SAFEST ENVIRONMENT POSSIBLE. Community Development Services are designed to help individuals participate in activities of choice in the community. Personal Support Services are developed with the individual in accordance with the Individual Person Centered Plan. Supported Employment Services is to support Individuals in obtaining work in the community through training, job placement and partnerships with businesses. Respite Care Services is to provide temporary relieve to the primary caregiver.
