Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services

The overall goal and philosophy of the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services' Coordination of Community Services Program is to assist and support individuals with developmental disabilities to learn about and gain access to resources in their community, to fully participate in their communities, and to enjoy lives that include fulfilling their dreams and preferences. Our program has a cap of 500 clients and is  not accepting any new clients at this time.  We do have a future client list but there are currently over 300  residents on that list. Cients are offered a slot in the order in which we received their request (when the program has capacity).  If you are interested in placing your name on the future clients list, please call 240-777-1216
