Clairo Care supports Marylanders both within Self-Directed Services and as a traditional DDA provider. Families can keep or build the care team they trust while we help structure competitive pay, PTO, mileage and benefits around available funding.

For families using Clairo as a traditional provider, we handle onboarding, payroll, billing, training coordination, compliance and day-to-day administration. For families in self-direction, we can also serve as a vendor and help reduce the administrative burden while preserving choice and flexibility.

Our goal is simple: keep participants at the center, support great caregivers, and use technology to make care easier to manage, more transparent and more sustainable.
