Able Health Services

Able Health Services supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Our team helps individuals understand and access essential community resources, secure necessary support services, and plan effectively for the future. Through our Information and Resource services, we help establish service eligibility and connect individuals with the right programs.

Once an individual is determined eligible for Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) services and selects Able Health Services as their provider, they will be assigned a dedicated Coordinator of Community Services (CCS). Their CCS will collaborate with them to develop personalized plans and goals, offering dedicated support for Transitioning Youth services, behavioral health needs, housing arrangements, or complex family situations. Our experienced case management professionals serve families across all Maryland counties.
