Center for Community Inclusion, Inc. specializes in providing DDA/MDH Community Pathways waivers funded Personal Supports; Meaningful Day Community Development Services ( Groups 1-4); Employment Services ( Discovery 1-3; Job Development; On-Going Supports, Follow Along Supports and other modules); Housing Suppports; Respite Care ( QH) and Transportation Services to adults throughout the State of Maryland.
CCI, Inc. does not provide site based day and/or residential services. All services are provided in the community and/or home setting where Individuals live in their own or family homes.
