Envision Collaborative is a Maryland DDA-approved provider serving adults 18 and older through the Community Pathways Waiver in the Central Region. We believe every person deserves the chance to work, live, and take part in their community on their own terms. We work one-on-one with each person and their support network to build a plan that fits their goals.
