Our mission is to provide a personalized, and family inclusive, level of support for each individual to enable them to lead full lives. This support will include assistance with use of assistive devices, participation in community activities and health and safety related supports. We strive to ensure every participant has a voice when decisions are being made related to their support and those desires are clearly relayed to any provider who may be performing those personal support services.
